Description: We prepare our Cinnamon Extract from the bark of Cinnamomum (verum) zeylanicum trees which are Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. To assure thorough extraction of Cinnamon's aromatic oils & resins, the bark is hand-harvested and carefully shade-dried to preserve optimal aroma & flavor, is promptly shipped directly to our laboratory, and is then thoroughly extracted.
